SaDunya Project
Dear SaDunya members,
First of all, congratulations for your website, which looks great and attractive. I wish you best of lucks with this difficult task of contacting people and empowering cultures and identities.
Do you work only with Africa, or is there a possibility to contact, say, South American people as well?
Regards,
Fabio Descalzi
Hi Fabio,
Thanks for your visit and your comment.
SaDunya is open to everyone. You don’t need to know Africa to take part in the project. You can send us stories about Uruguay, for example. There are several ways to participate:
– You can comment an article published on the website;
– You can tell a story to one of the characters (like “Hey, Fatou, here is something from Argentina I would like to tell you about…”;
– You can send us a story told by one of the members of the Ndiaye family you like, no matter if the story takes place in Senegal, Canada, Japan… The SaDunya project has no borders! We are asking for contributions that meet the SaDunya spirit. That could be a German rapper talking though Doggy, a Uruguayan teenager speaking through Aby, an Australian mother telling a story through Fatoumata, etc.
I hope it’s clearer now 🙂
All the best
